E-code

You have purchased an e-code from a reseller (CSE, hotels, companies, etc.).

This e-code is not a ticket. It must be exchanged for a dated ticket. Here’s how:

• Choose your ticket on our online ticketing service
• Once you have chosen your ticket, select your date of visit and choose your price
• Create or log in to your account
• In the shopping basket, enter your code in the ‘Already have a code?
• Your discount will be applied in your basket after payment.
• Please note that for 2 or more adult tickets and 2 or more children’s tickets, you must add your tickets 1 by 1 and apply your E-code each time.
• Once you have added a ticket to your basket and applied your code, click on ‘continue shopping’ to add the additional tickets.

E-codes are single-use, non-exchangeable, non-changeable and non-refundable. This e-code is valid throughout the current year. Please note that a supplement will be applied on night-time dates.
