People with Reduced Mobility

YOUR VISIT

If you are in a wheelchair or you have walking-aid equipment, the paths indicated on the guide map are all accessible (no obstacles, no steps).

It is possible to book a wheelchair or folding seat free of charge. You can also request them on the day of your visit (subject to availability).

EXHIBITIONS

Accessibility having been part of its design, the entire site is wheelchair-accessible (elevators, access ramps) with the exception of the Mir station for which a video replaces the visit, located at the foot of the 1:20 scale-model of Mir.

SHOWS

People with reduced mobility have priority access to performance halls. You can go straight to the start of the queue.

  • Stellarium: Five places are reserved for wheelchairs. Go to a receptionist to gain access to this venue.
  • Planetarium: Seven seats are reserved for visitors to the Planetarium in wheelchairs. You can enter the Planetarium independently. To enter this venue, priority access is on the left side.
  • Imax: Six places are reserved for visitors in wheelchairs. Go to a receptionist to gain access to this room.

In the gardens, several picnic tables are accessible to people in wheelchairs: under the courtyard of the Castor and Pollux rooms and at the picnic area of the Martian Ground.
